Corrections Policy
How errors in video descriptions, app information, guides and media information are reviewed and corrected.
What can be corrected
- Video descriptions — for example, a title or description that does not match the video.
- App information — instructions that no longer match the official app destination.
- Guides — steps that have changed on Android or iOS.
- Media information — anything else about Score8 media on this site.
How to report
- Note the page URL and the exact wording you believe is wrong.
- Explain what the correct information is, with a source if possible.
- Send it through the channels on the contact page.
How reports are reviewed
Each report is checked against the supplied Score8 assets and the official Score8 destinations. If the page is wrong, it is corrected; if it is right but unclear, it may be clarified.
How corrections are shown
Significant corrections are noted on the page with the date of the change, and the page's updated date changes. Spelling and formatting fixes are made without a note.
